Terms of Service
Last updated: April 2026
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using TuneAI, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree, you may not use the service.
2. What TuneAI Is
TuneAI is an educational and advisory platform. We provide AI-generated performance strategy reports, staged upgrade roadmaps, datalog interpretation, and plain-English tuning education for any make and model.
We do not sell, generate, supply, or flash ECU calibration files. We do not perform any work on your vehicle, and we never write anything to your ECU.
3. No Professional Relationship
Using TuneAI does not create a tuner, calibrator, mechanic, or engineering relationship between you and us. Our output is general guidance produced from the information you supply — it is not a professional inspection, diagnosis, or calibration service, and it is not a substitute for one.
4. No Guarantee of Results
Power figures, price ranges, timelines, and part recommendations are estimates based on typical outcomes for similar vehicles. They are not promises. Real results vary with vehicle condition, fuel quality, altitude, ambient temperature, measurement method, and the quality of parts and labour involved.
5. You Assume Responsibility for Modifications
Any decision to modify, tune, or drive your vehicle is entirely yours. You are responsible for having a qualified professional verify any calibration on your specific car before and after it is applied, and for the mechanical, financial, and legal consequences of every change you make.
6. Emissions, Legality & Track Use
Some modifications discussed on this site — including emissions equipment removal and race-only calibrations — are not street legal in many regions and are intended for off-road, track, and closed-course use only. You are responsible for complying with local emissions and vehicle modification law and for informing your insurer where required. Modifications may also void portions of your factory warranty.
7. Accounts & Acceptable Use
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account, and you agree to provide accurate vehicle and contact information. You may not scrape, resell, or redistribute our content, misuse the AI assistant, or use the platform to break the law.
8. Intellectual Property
All software, written guides, branding, and generated site content remain the intellectual property of TuneAI. Strategy reports produced for you may be used for your own personal, non-commercial purposes.
9. Limitation of Liability
TuneAI is not responsible for any engine or drivetrain damage, warranty voidance, legal penalty, or vehicle issue resulting from actions you take based on our guidance. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to TuneAI at any time for violations of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or misuse of the platform.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which TuneAI operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
