• Lead capture — the name and email you give us when you ask for a strategy report

We do not collect payment card details, and we do not require a VIN to generate a strategy.

We use your information to generate your performance strategy, interpret your datalogs, email a report when you request one, keep your garage and history available in your account, answer support requests, and improve the platform.

Your vehicle profile, chat messages, and datalog summaries are processed by AI systems including Anthropic's Claude to produce guidance and analysis. This data is used to serve your request and is not sold or shared for advertising.

Your data is stored on secure infrastructure with encryption in transit and at rest. Access is restricted to authorized personnel and the automated systems required to produce your strategy and log analysis.

We rely on a small set of trusted providers to operate TuneAI:

• Lovable Cloud — backend, database, authentication, and file storage
• Anthropic — AI-powered strategy and datalog analysis
